Founder & President

From leading Old Navy through a complete website redesign to a soup to nuts rebranding for AAA, Rob has led a handful of large creative teams across multiple industries. But you won’t find Rob hiding behind his title. His roll up your sleeves attitude applies to everything from the biggest design challenge to the smallest daily task — he even prides himself on mastering how to load the dishwasher. Away from his desk, you’ll find Rob tinkering in his woodshop, teaching martial arts, exploring the outdoors with his wife and two girls, and enjoying a fine bourbon — just not all at the same time.

Creative director. Strategic marketer. Writer. Designer. Undercover coder. George embraces both the creative and analytical sides of every problem. He’s developed and led award-winning campaigns for startups and Fortune 500 brands in just about every industry, across every medium and has helped clients solve problems their customers may not have even known they had. Offline, you’ll find George making music, mixing cocktails, digging up gardens and exploring San Francisco with his young daughter.

Michael is a multi-faceted creative leader with deep experience in design and videography for a client list that includes Wells Fargo, Gap, Autodesk, Clorox and Restoration Hardware. Whether designing marketing emails or directing and editing videos, what Michael loves most is solving the most complicated design creative problems — even if it means receiving that 11th hour from a desperate client. And he always does it with a smile! In his off-time Michael loves being with his family, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, backpacking, coaching his kids’ sports teams and digesting as many books, movies and TV shows that he can.

Freelance senior copywriter based in Brooklyn, New York. Kris has taken on projects for the P&P family since 2015. From lifestyle to advertising, she’s game for just about any brand voice. When she’s not running after her toddler, she’s taking advantage of extra time at home with a stack of dog-eared European cookbooks.

Brian is an accomplished art director & designer with a deep background in digital, print, and video media. His career began in St. Louis, Missouri and then continued to grow in the San Francisco Bay Area. His concepts come to life with clear and engaging visual treatments, while adeptly tailoring his visual style to the specific needs of the customer base. Brian feels fortunate to gain experience designing for such brands as American Express, Anheuser-Busch, Apple, Coca-Cola, LinkedIn, Shutterfly and Sony Entertainment, helping each meet or exceed their objectives.
